This service covers fees payable to RA & Company in the event of certain enquiries raised by HM Revenue and Customs.
The annual premium will vary according to individual circumstances and will cover matters like:
- A self assessment full enquiry which includes a request for sight of all books and records
- VAT disputes
- Compliance disputes relating to Social Security regulations and/or Pay As You Earn.
What is not included are matters like:
Enquiries relating to Special Office investigations under HM Revenue and Customs Civil Investigations of Fraud Procedure.
