It is a legal requirement to keep the Statutory Records of a company up to date and we can act as your Registered Office, ensuring that all statutory forms are completed accurately and on time.

We look after all aspects of a company’s Statutory Records and it is our responsibility to be aware of changes in legislation.  For example, all Companies House documents changed from 1st October 2009 and failure to file Accounts on time may now lead to a fine of up to £1,500 and they must
be filed one month earlier than before.

We will deal with, amongst other things, company formation, appointments of directors and secretary, if appropriate, Annual Returns, Accounts, registered office etc.

We offer a service address facility for Directors. Please ask for further information.
