A North London accountancy firm has signalled its ambitions for the future by appointing two new Partners.
Finchley-based Richard Anthony Chartered Accountants has promoted Ali Oftadeh and Edward Rabin to become Partners of the firm.
Ali Oftadeh joined Richard Anthony Chartered Accountants in 2004 and holds the FCCA Chartered Certified Accountancy qualification. His particular expertise lies in the areas of audit, financial statements, FRS102, consolidated annual reports, management accounts, forecasts and Corporation Tax.
He works with the firm’s larger clients, not only as their auditor but also assisting with management decisions, budgets and forecasts, as well as reviewing systems and implementing controls.
Edward Rabin joined Richard Anthony Chartered Accountants in 2013 from a ‘Big Four’ firm and holds the prestigious CA Chartered Accountancy qualification. He advises start-ups on corporate structures, VAT registration, tax-efficient extraction of profits and bookkeeping.
His clients span a wide range of sectors, including the leisure industry, bars and restaurants, film companies and the construction industry.
Ali and Edward’s promotions increase the number of Partners at Richard Anthony Chartered Accountants from six to eight.
