Edward Rabin joined the firm in 2013 from a ‘Big Four’ firm and holds the prestigious CA Chartered Accountancy qualification. He advises start-ups on corporate structures, VAT registration, tax-efficient extraction of profits and bookkeeping.

His clients span a wide range of sectors, including the leisure industry, bars and restaurants, film companies and the construction industry.

In his spare time, Edward enjoys playing tennis and swimming. He is also keen on current affairs and watching most sports, when he is not spending time with his family and three children.
