Nealam initially joined Richard Anthony Accountants and Tax Advisors as a trainee chartered accountant in 1996 and acted as the firm’s Practice Manager and Financial Controller for more than 17 years before her promotion to Partner.

With more than 20 years’ experience as an ACA qualified chartered accountant, Nealam understands the needs of businesses and individuals. She is responsible for developing the firm’s cloud-based accounting services, with a view to assisting clients with onboarding and reviewing applications to streamline their accounting processes.

Outside of work she spends time with her family, her interests include music, reading and socialising.
