Fee Protection Service

Richard Anthony’s Fee Protection Service (FPS) Ltd covers fees payable to Richard Anthony in the event of certain enquiries raised by HM Revenue and Customs.

The annual premium will vary according to individual circumstances and will cover matters including:

• A self-assessment full enquiry which includes a request for sight of all books and records
• VAT disputes
• Compliance disputes relating to Social Security regulations and/or Pay As You Earn
• Employment advice
• Health And Safety issues
• Landlord and Tenant issues

Matters which are not covered by FPS include enquiries relating to Special Office investigations under HM Revenue and Customs Civil Investigations of Fraud Procedure.
